Squadron civilian committees play a vital role in ATC activities and while it is not impossible to have an efficient squadron without an effective civilian committee, it is much easier to achieve success with good civilian committee support.
The Committee is a group of individuals over the age of 18, who meet monthly for a few hours to discuss matters relating to the squadron, such as fundraising and supporting cadet activities.
